There is no doubt that taking care of yourself, including getting enough sleep, proper nutrition, and a balanced diet is important.
If it were easy, everyone would do it.
These are words that keep me going when I’m at the gym, sweating it hard, pushing some weights, or doing HITT. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it. But for those that keep showing up and keep pushing hard, results follow.
And having great gear to do it in sometimes makes all the difference 😉
